This charming Cape Cod complex offers beachfront lodging combining the subtle beauty of Cape Cod with the most modern conveniences for easy vacation living for the entire family. Children of all ages are welcome at the Oceanside. All our beachfront units are individually owned and all decorated differently. Every unit has a kitchenette and will accommodate 4 people, with two separate and private rooms, some with private porches, poolside living with oceanview, cable tv, vcr, air conditioning, tub-shower tiled bath, wall to wall carpeting and individually controlled electric heat. Gas grills available for cooking out. A private Oceanside duplex cottage is comfortably furnished, pine panelled: escape from it all. Each well-equipped unit has its own thermostat and accommodates four people - having one bedroom, bath, and living room/kitchen combination with sleeping accomodations for two.
The moment you arrive at the Oceanside, you can start looking forward to the pleasure-filled time of your life. We're in the center of fabulous Cape Cod, near everything that's fun to do in this vacation wonderland. Pick your favorite: swimming in the surf or heated pool; golfing; tennis; fishing (deep sea, surf or off of a neighborhood jetty); antiquing: seeing the sights; National Seashore hiking; quaint shops and houses in picturesque villages; summer theaters and fine restaurants; whale watches and exciting excursions to Nantucket Island and Martha's Vineyard. All these plus the pleasure of living in a breeze swept condominium or private duplex cottage are yours at attractive, moderate rates, the moment you arrive at The Oceanside.

For reservation information: Directions: Cross the Cape Cod Canal at the Sagamore Bridge. Then take Route 6 East (Mid-Cape Highway) and turn right on Route 134 at South Dennis (Exit 9a) and follow to the end. Cross Route 28 and continue on Swan River Road to end. Turn left on Lower County Road and continue over bridge. Take second road on right (Old Wharf Road) and drive one-half mile to Glendon Road and Oceanside. PAYMENT POLICY: Deposit amount one-half of weekly rental. Balance payable 30 days before check-in. Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is at 9:00 a.m. Sorry, no refunds for early departure. CANCELLATION POLICY: 31 days advance notice, subject to a $20.00 service charge. 30 days or less, no refund unless the unit is re-rented. |
